The location in Poblado is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and bars just a short walk away. My room was spacious and well-decorated, although the bed felt quite hard for my taste. The reception staff were friendly but had limited English, which made communication a bit tricky at times. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast options, though the area was somewhat uninspiring, located below street level. However, I found the breakfast itself to have just standard options. A few things could use improvement. the bathroom setup was poorly designed, making toilet use uncomfortable for someone of my size. Also, the shower took an unnecessary 2-3 minutes to get warm water running. Charging devices near the bed wasn’t feasible since electrical outlets were lacking. Overall, the noise was manageable after our first night, and the staff were generally helpful, making the experience worthwhile despite some inconveniences.

My thoughts, in two sentences
Spacious and beautifully decorated rooms marked my stay, though the beds were a tad hard for comfort. The friendly staff offered exceptional service, and the customizable breakfast with fresh arepas was a delicious highlight.

During my stay, I was pleased to find the room spacious and well-decorated, although the bed was a bit hard for my liking. The hotel is located just a short walk from vibrant spots like Parque Lleras and plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was a highlight, as I appreciated how I could customize my eggs and enjoy freshly made arepas.

The location offers incredibly easy access to vibrant nightlife and restaurants nearby. The spacious design of the rooms adds a nice touch, making it feel less cramped than typical hotel rooms.
The bathroom layout is quite frustrating. using the toilet can be a real challenge for anyone over average size. In addition, the shower takes an annoyingly long time to deliver warm water, often 2-3 minutes, which is a buzzkill if you're in a hurry. Charging electronics is a hassle due to the lack of outlets near the bed, leaving you tethered to the wall. Also, the room’s windows face the corridor rather than outside, minimizing natural light and making it feel a bit claustrophobic. A few other quirks, like the odd placement of the toilet flush button and poorly functioning room safe, added to the inconveniences throughout the stay.
